To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame advertised, please make sure to enter the following when placing an order:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from BougieIssues.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. It is important to provide the correct address because we ship to whatever address is provided in the order. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered or refused.

WE CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED.
Please allow up to 7-15 Business Days to process your order.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped.
Our shipping is definitely faster but we leave wiggle room for any mishaps. We also have the option for captured payments. This means your card will not be charged until the order is shipped and tracking is provided. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order.
As of April 14th, 2020, we are no longer processing orders that are flagged as high risk of fraud. If your order is flagged, we will attempt to reach out to you for additional information, if it is not received, the order will be refunded.
Please make sure your billing and shipping address is the same. If you the address does not match, we will send an email requesting proper verification. If it is not sent, we are not shipping out the package.
This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for your tracking to update. We do have cases where the tracking may not update but will still arrive on time.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
